Pistachio, Cardamom & Rose
100% pistachio paste, freshly ground cardamom and a breath of rose water, finished with pistachios and rose petals.
Hazelnut Praline & Roasted Fennel
Roasted hazelnut praline with toasted fennel seed, dipped in Callebaut 54% dark chocolate.
Brown Butter, Vanilla & Tiffin
Brown butter and vanilla marshmallow on a chewy tiffin of dates, cranberries, nuts and cacao nibs.
A note from Ruby
Made by hand, in small batches
After building byRuby and seeing it join Charlie Bigham’s, I wanted to make something closer to my heart. Beloved Bites are marshmallows made the slow way: whole ingredients, real pistachio, brown butter and vanilla pod, every piece dipped and finished by hand. A treat you can feel good about giving.
