How long do they keep?
Our marshmallows have a best before of 2–3 months from the date of making. Store them in a cool, dry place, not the fridge, which can make them sticky.
What allergens do they contain?
Our marshmallows contain egg, milk, tree nuts (hazelnut, pistachio, pecan), peanuts and soya. They are made in a kitchen that handles these allergens. Full allergen information is on each product page.
Are they gluten free?
We believe so, and we’re working to confirm this with lab testing. We’ll update this page as soon as we have verified results. If you have coeliac disease or a severe gluten intolerance, please check back before ordering.
Are they vegetarian?
No. Our marshmallows are made with beef gelatine, so they are not suitable for vegetarians or vegans.
How are they delivered?
We send all orders by our chosen courier, carefully packed to keep them safe in transit. Delivery takes 2–3 working days, and you’ll receive a tracking link once your order has been dispatched.
Can I add a gift note?
Yes. Add a personalised gift message at checkout, free of charge, and we’ll include a hand-written card with your order.
Do you do corporate orders?
