Terms and conditions

1. About us
belovedbites.co.uk is run by Ruby Bell Consultancy Ltd, trading as BELOVED BITES. We’re a company registered in England and Wales, company number: 17304950

2. Ordering
When you place an order, you’ll receive an email confirming we’ve received it. This doesn’t mean we’ve accepted it. A contract is formed when we email to confirm that your order has been dispatched. We may refuse an order, for example if an item is out of stock or there’s a pricing error. If we do, we’ll refund you in full.

3. Prices and payment
Prices are in pounds sterling. Delivery charges are shown at checkout. [If you’re VAT registered: Prices include VAT.] Payment is taken when you place your order.

4. Delivery
We currently deliver to [UK mainland addresses only]. Delivery times are estimates. During December, please order by [date] for Christmas delivery. Our marshmallows are best kept away from heat, so please make sure someone can take in the parcel or leave delivery instructions. Once a parcel has been delivered to the address you gave us, it’s your responsibility.

5. Product information
Our products are handmade, so size, weight and appearance may vary slightly from the photos. Every box meets the net weight stated.

6. Allergens and dietary information
Our products contain egg, milk, soya, peanuts and tree nuts (hazelnuts, pistachios, pecans). They are made in a kitchen that handles all of these allergens. They contain beef gelatine, so they aren’t suitable for vegetarians or vegans. Always check the ingredients on the product page and on the box before eating. If you’re buying a gift, please let the recipient know.

7. Storage and shelf life
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and eat by the best before date on the box. We aren’t responsible for problems caused by incorrect storage after delivery.

8. Cancellations and refunds
See our Refund policy. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer.

9. Liability
We’re responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We aren’t liable for business losses. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for anything else that can’t be limited by law.

10. Website content
All images, text and branding on this website belong to BELOVED BITES. You may not copy or use them without our permission.

11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one on the website when you placed it.

12. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
